Personal Description:

I believe in listening to my students and identifying their individual needs and requirements so that I can tailor my teaching-skills and experience to address each individual student’s concerns or difficulties in the most appropriate and suitable way for them. The groundwork for success in maths is achieved by encouraging my student's interest and nurturing their confidence.
By ensuring my students have a true understanding of basic mathematical concepts and then building on this, my students gain a thorough and applicable knowledge of mathematical content. This, together with comprehensive practice in answering questions, provides students with the best grounding for success.
I am passionate about teaching, about mathematics and about helping my students succeed.

Tuition Experience:

I am a highly qualified and experienced teacher of mathematics with many years of fulltime classroom teaching of teaching experience covering all levels in both the Irish and Australian educational systems. I hold Bachelor of Science (majoring in mathematics), a Higher Diploma in Education and a Master of Education qualifications. I am based in Western Australia and currently work entirely online.

This cultivates confidence and creates a positive learning environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes are treated as opportunities for growth.
